Sport activities by the organization CCPA

The Danish organization CCPA has implemented a series of sport activities for the children of the Popular Clubs which has been established during the last year in several villages of the Hasbaya region.
A big festival was organized in the stadium of Kfeir village, and was attended by coordinator of the Danish organization Jens Petersen and several people from local social, educational and sport sectors.

Petersen was satisfied with the activities which are supporting the children morally and physically and are encouraging their fair play spirit. He hopes that these activities provide young players with the motivation to build a successful sport future. The organization provides the coaches with seminars, and educates instructors to become professional by participating in training camps in Beirut and Tyr with Danish experts from Lebanon and Denmark.

The festival which was a mini football tournament gathered 80 boys and girls from the Popular Clubs; the kids were divided into 9 (sic.) teams under the supervision of the CCPA coordinator in Hasbaya, Husein Abou Dehen, who said that CCPA is spreading the sport activities in the Southern border region by doing training seminars and by providing free equipments and sport clothes for the participants in the activities.
